- Non-Canadian passport holders who reside legally in Canada should go to the Visas tab to obtain a Visa Application Kit for your nationality. Please check requirements for all ports of call if you hold a foreign passport.

Russia: If you are taking shore excursions that have been organized and booked through Costa, you do not need to secure a Russian visa in advance of sailing. However, if you intend to travel independently in Russia, you must obtain a Russian visa prior to departing the U.S.
India: Please note that Costa will accept either the India e-visa OR the India tourist visa.
